Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale
contained in that certain Deed to Secure
Debt executed by BILLY JOHNSON
and PAULA B. JOHNSON to QUEENSBOROUGH NATIONAL BANK & TRUST
COMPANY, successor to First National
Bank and Trust Company dated December
19, 2000 and recorded in Deed Book 4-N,
Pages 101-104, in the Office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Jenkins County,
Georgia, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Promissory Note
in the principal amount of Thirty-One
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Nine
and 24/100 ($31,379.24) Dollars, together
with all renewals and extensions, with
interest at the rate specified therein, there

outcry to the highest and best bidder for

and further known as 624 Plum Avenue,
Millen, according to the present system
of numbering in Millen, Jenkins County,
Georgia. The debt secured by said Deed
to Secure Debt has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other
possible events of default, failure to pay
the indebtedness as and when due and
in the manner provided in the Promissory
Note and Deed to Secure Debt. Because
the debt remains in default, this sale will be
made for the purpose of paying the same
and all expenses of this sale, as provided
in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law,
including attorney’s fees (notice of intent
to collect attorney’s fees having been
given), and the remainder, if any, shall be
