Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained
in a certain Deed to Secure Debt from
PATASHA YOUNG to WILLIAM F. DEAN,
dated March 13, 2015, and recorded in
Deed Book 7M, Page 664, Jenkins County,
Georgia Records, the undersigned having
declared the entire indebtedness due under said Deed to Secure Debt by reason of
a default in the payments due thereunder,
