Sheppard named Paul Harris Fellow Donnie Sheppard, left, a member of Rotary for 50 years, receives the Paul Harris Fellow honor from Assistant District Governor Don Gay of Millen. The Paul Harris Fellow Award is presented to an individual who contributes or in whose name is contributed a gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Programs Fund. Each new Fellow receives a commemorative certificate, fellow pin and medallion.
