Anna Brooke Atkinson and Casey Cowart

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Atkinson of Garfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Brooke, to Casey Cowart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Cowart of Twin City.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Leone Johnson and the late Abb and Belva Johnson of Twin City and Bobbie Joyce Atkinson and the late Robert S. Atkinson of Garfield.

She is currently teaching special education at Swainsboro Elementary School.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Azalene Johnson and the late Bob Johnson of Garfield and the late Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Cowart of Twin City.

He is currently employed with Norfolk Southern Railroad of Millen.

The couple has planned to wed on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005 at 6 in the evening at Garfield United Methodist Church. No local invitations will be sent; friends and relatives are invited.
