Tosha Williams of 331 Acorn Avenue received a sentence of 20 years, 12 to serve with eight probated, in connection with an Aug. 29, 2004 incident in which Nicholas Bershaun Foster was seriously injured. Foster died Sept. 6, 2004, from those injuries.

Williams was found guilty of felony murder, aggravated assault and involuntary manslaughter in Foster’s death.

Foster died of injuries received when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Williams during an altercation between the two.
