Fair Haven United Methodist Church, 1126 N. Herndon Road, will hold their annual candlelight communion service 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24. The public is invited.

Big Horse Creek

Pastor Raymond Trent and the members of Big Horse Creek Baptist Church cordially invite everyone to a drop-in “Open House” Sunday, Jan. 8. The church is located at 1267 Buttermilk Road.

The public is invited to dropin anytime between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Following the 11 a.m. worship service, hotdogs, chips and cokes will be served in the social hall. There will be games with prizes for the children attending throughout the afternoon. This community outreach event is free to the public. Everyone is invited to bring their family and enjoy friendly Christian fellowship. West Millen Baptist West Millen Baptist Church will hold a candlelight service 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, in observance of Christmas.

There will be no church services Sunday, Dec. 25.

The Rev. Steven Adams, pastor, and the congregation extend an invitation to everyone to attend the candlelight service.
