SCV holds cleanup day at church

(Photo contributed) Fifteen members of the Buckhead-Fort Lawton Brigade, Camp 2102, Sons of Confederate Veterans, came together as one Saturday, July 22 in their first-ever cleanup at historic Buckhead Church. The grounds were cut, raked, and trimmed back in preparation for the annual Education Day at the church come December. In addition, the cemetery was attended to.
Other future jobs were identified and will be accomplished at the next quarterly cleanup.
This is a camp project, but is not limited to SCV members only. All interested individuals are encouraged to participate.
