Club

The Jenkins County Athletic Booster Club will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 27 at the Planters Electric offices on Highway 25N.

Legal help

Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) staff will meet with senior citizens who want free legal help, on a first-come, first serve basis. Senior citizens, 60-years of age or older, who

have a civil, non-criminal legal issue and desire free legal help, may meet with a staff person from GLSP 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec.4, at the Jenkins County Senior Citizens Center, 998 College Ave., Millen.

GLSP also provides free legal help to low-income people with civil (non-criminal) legal problems. A staff person from GLSP will meet with people who want free legal help in Jenkins and Screven counties on a first-come, first-serve basis 9 - 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4, at the Senior Citizens Center located at 209 East Ogeechee St. in Sylvania.
