Lula Bell Judy Messex Dixon, 54, of Millen died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006.

Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Big Horse Creek Baptist Cemetery with the Rev. Wilma Byrd officiating.

Ms. Dixon was born in Screven County and was an assembler for Metal Industries. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Tammy (Barry) Williams of Millen; four sisters, Grace Mosley of Millen, Mamie Lou Godbee of Sardis, Mary Blackburn of Barnwell, S.C. and Julia Ferguson of Hampton, S.C.; four brothers, Jimmy Messex of Savannah, Rickey Messex of S.C., James Messex of Stateboro and Marvin Messex of Tifton; and two grandchildren, Cassie and Amanda Williams.

Visitation was held 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at Crowe- Fields Funeral Home.
