FFA conducts canned food drive
As their community project this school year, the JCHS FFA Chapter decided to do a canned food drive in conjunction with the Jenkins County Family Enrichment Service. JCHS students were asked to bring in canned food items to help feed the needy during the holiday season. Five hundred and fifty canned items were raised along with baking goods and other dry goods. The students in Mr. Rainey's first period Floriculture Class spearheaded the effort for the FFA chapter.
