Blackwood speaks at Rotary
Joan Blackwood, Jenkins County School Superintendent, was the guest speaker at the Wednesday, Nov. 29, meeting of the Millen Rotary Club. She conducted a "Jeopardy" game in which Rotarians had the opportunity to answer questions concerning the state's educational system and its programs.
