Welding competition STC dual enrolled students win
      Four students from Jenkins County High School (JCHS) recently won the welding competition and placed fifth overall in the Area 4 FFA Agricultural Mechanics Competition. Jesse Williams, Zachry Rhodes, Adam Lanier and Kevin Davis competed in the event Tuesday, Feb. 13, at Johnson County High School in Wrightsville.

Students get Braves' tickets for good grades
      Each year the Atlanta Braves rewards students who have achieved the high honor of straight A's in all subjects on their Fal12006 report card. Jenkins County High School is proud to announce 96 students who have accomplished this great task! Each of these students will receive two complimentary tickets to a 2007 Braves regular season home game.
