Grand Jury indicts 38

A Jenkins County Grand Jury convened in Jenkins County Superior Court in December and handed down the following indictments:

• Emory Lee Bell, robbery;

 Joseph Budgett, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and battery-felony (family violence-first offense);

 Kareem Maurice Green, four counts of terroristic threats and acts;  Charles Jones, burglary and theft by taking;

 Marvin Roland Odom, rape and burglary;

 Shelly Renee Sheffield, burglary and three counts of forgery first degree;

 Quinney Lloyd Williams, burglary and forgery first degree;  Rodney Dwayne Gaines, forgery first degree;  Jimmy Jones, forgery first degree;

 Nicole Denise Newton, sale of cocaine;

 John Lamar Whitehead, possession of cocaine, possession/ manufacture/distribution of marijuana and simple battery;  Benjamin Berry, 13 counts of forgery first degree;

 Kelly Marie Flakes, 10 counts of forgery first degree;

 John Thomas Googe, burglary, criminal damage to property in the second degree and interference with government property;

 Randall Bryan Sherrod, burglary, criminal damage to property in the second degree and interference with government property;

 Billy Joe Googe, burglary, criminal damage to property in the second degree and interference with government property;

 Stephen Mark Hall, burglary and possession of firearms by a convicted felon;  Leola Pierce, burglary;

 Quincey Scott, two counts of sale of cocaine;

 Hayward Wadley, terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass;

 Quentellis A. Fryson, two counts of forgery first degree and entering auto;  Ricky Julius Harden, theft by taking (motor vehicle);  Edward Keith Lewis, habitual violator;

 Kim Lamb Reese, theft by taking;

 Mary E. Solsberry, criminal damage to property in the second degree;  Lucious James Boyd, aggravated assault;

 Katrina Anne Folds, seven counts of burglary;

 James Floyd Jones, trafficking in cocaine, speeding, driving while license suspended or revoked and obstruction of officers-misdemeanor;

 April Nesmith, possession of cocaine, prostitution, criminal trespass, possession of drug related objects/equipment and carrying a concealed weapon;

 Samira Ebon Reynolds, nine counts of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the second degree;

 Cody Wilcox, rape, child molestation and aggravated assault;

 Erica Anfield, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent and possession of marijuana, less than an ounce;

 Bruce Lewis, possession of cocaine with intent and possession of marijuana, less than an ounce;  Johnnie Lee Green, four counts of forgery first degree;  Donavan Kelly, five counts of forgery first degree;  Patrick Lamar Roberson, forgery first degree;  Desmond Antonio Underwood, forgery first degree; and  Sheldon Marie Schwarz, forgery, first degree.
