Ms. Catie Wilkins of Guyton died Jan. 19

Ms. Catherine Marie Wilkins, better known as Catie, of Guyton was welcomed into Heaven Friday, Jan. 19, 2007 at the tender age of 4 after a long battle with cancer.

Her celebration of life service was held 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, at Immanuel Baptist Church. Interment followed at Hillcrest Abbey East.

Visitation was held 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home in Pooler.

She is survived by her parents, Tre' and Jenny Wilkins; grandparents, Carmen and Charlie Wilkins Jr., Nancy Carroll and Mike and Liz Carroll; great-grandmothers, Frances Pagliarullo, Gladys Wilkins, Jo Carroll and Jean Duck; aunts and uncles, Nikki and Daniel Hardeman, John and Casey Carroll and Chad and Tasha Stenzel; and many great aunts, great uncles and cousins.

Awaiting Catie in Heaven are her great-grandfathers, Charles Pagliarullo, Charles Wilkins Sr., Cotton Carroll and Rayford Duck; and her cousin, Bailey Skinner.

Fly free our beautiful baby girl. Heaven is yours now and is full of nothing but great things. Go sing your favorite Amy Grant song to the Father and fill His heart with joy. We will see you soon.
