Mrs. Frances (Billie) Parks Thompson Williams, 83, of Millen died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007.

Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Millen Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Hood officiating.

Mrs. Parks was born in Muscogee County. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Millen Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Evelyn Thompson of Augusta; son, Vernon (Sheila) Thompson Jr. of Lancaster, S.C.; and grandson, Nick Thompson.

Visitation followed the service. Crowe-Fields Funeral Home of Millen was in charge of arrangements.
