Virginia Johnson, 81, of Millen died January 21

Mrs. Virginia Johnson, 81, of Millen entered into rest Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007 at her residence.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 27, at St. John Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby Williams Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories eight children, Caroline, Emma, Ella, Laretha, Capus, Hamp, Marco and Monolite; three stepsons; one brother, Mr. Hamp Golphin; twenty grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
