Blanford speaks to Millen Rotary Club
Scott Blanford, regional manager for Special Olympics Georgia, was the guest speaker at the Wednesday, Jan. 31, meeting of the Millen Rotary Club. Blanford has been employed with Special Olympics for one year but has served as a volunteer since 1995. Special Olympics is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition.
