Lula Mae Eason Scott, 74, died March 2

Mrs. Lula Mae Eason Scott, 74, died Friday, March 2, 2007 at University Hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 8, at New Light Baptist Church with the Rev. William Patterson officiating.

Burial will follow in Belcher Cemetery.

Mrs. Scott leaves a legacy of love to be cherished by six sons, Allen, Roger (Ethel), Willie (Tammy), Kenneth, Michael and Solomon, all of Millen; one daughter, Teresa Scott Smith of Atlanta; two sisters, Elizabeth Anderson and Betty (James) Carswell of Savannah; daughterin law, Fannie Scott of Savannah; sisterin

law, Irene Scott of Savannah; uncle,

B.F. Eason of Savannah; 26 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
