Miracle Temple will have its grand opening and dedication 11 a.m. Sunday, March 18, at the church, located on the Millen bypass.

Williams Grove

Missionary Baptist

Church

Williams Grove Missionary Baptist Church will have its 2007 Three Night Family Enrichment Revival 7 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, March 27-29.

Guest speaker will be William Blount, pastor of Greater Young Zion of Augusta.

Other special guests will take part throughout the event. On Thursday night, Greater Young Zion Church will be in charge of the service.

The public is invited.

Millen Baptist Church

Millen Baptist Church will have its spring revival 7 p.m. Sunday- Wednesday, March 18-21.

The theme for this year's revival is "Marching Forward." Dr. John Waters, pastor of First Baptist Church in Statesboro, will be the guest speaker.

Dr. Waters is the senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Statesboro and has served there since 2005. Prior to that, he was vice president for enrollment services at Brewton Parker College. Dr. Waters was ordained into the ministry by First Baptist Church of Warner Robins in 1984. Since that time, he has served both as a pastor as well as interim pastor at churches throughout the state.

Eugene Burrus, minister of music at Millen Baptist Church, will lead the music each evening.

The main singing group for the week will be the Millen Baptist Sanctuary Choir. Special music will be performed by members of the church. Dr. Waters and his wife, Cynthia, will perform one evening.

Prizes will be given out each night for the people who bring the most guests with them.

Also, lunch will be served at noon each day of the revival. Guest speakers for the lunches include Kevin Farmer of Elam Baptist Church; Jamie Archer, Oak Hill Baptist Church; and Dan Zellner, Millen Baptist Church.

Meals are free. The public is invited.

Fountain Spring

Baptist Church

Fountain Spring Baptist Church will have its "Churches on One Accord" program 5 p.m. Sunday, March 18.

This is a community-wide event, and all area church congregations are welcome.

Deliverance

Endtime Faith Deliverance Church of Midville will have Pastor Appreciation services for Clyde Foreman Sr. and his wife, Theodosha Foreman, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, March 14-16, with a special service at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18.

Guest speaker will be Kenneth Thomas of William Grove COGIC in Millen.

The public is invited to attend.

Rocky Ford Baptist

Church

Rocky Ford Baptist Church will have its annual Spring Revival 7:30 nightly Monday-Friday, March 19-23.

Michael Moses Cowan of New York City will the speaker for the week.

Also, the church will host Youth Explosion 5 p.m. Saturday, March 24.

Thelma Evans is pastor.

Men's Bible Study

An informal men's Bible study will be held 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at West Millen Baptist Church.

The group will meet every Tuesday. The class will begin with a discussion on Biblical principles from the book, "Disciplines of a Godly Man."

The book is optional, but is available for purchase for $16.

Church

Gordon Grove Baptist Church will have an appreciation service for the Rev. Charlie Reese, youth pastor, 3 p.m. Sunday, March 18.

Guest churches are Bible Missionary, First Love Ministry, Smith Grove and Faith Walk Deliverance; and the speaker will be the Rev. Davie L. Reese, pastor.
