Lot donated in memory of the Louries
This vacant lot on the west end of Cotton Avenue was recently donated to the Jenkins County Development Authority by the Louis and Annie G. Lourie family in their memory. Through the efforts of the development authority and the City of Millen, it has been transformed into a beautiful outdoor garden and park area.
