Six charged in burglary of home

Six persons have been charged in connection with the recent burglary of a Jenkins County home. Larry Jackson and Lawandez Williams have each been charged with burglary, criminal trespass and possession of a fire- arm during the commission of a crime.

Marquette Wadley faces charges of theft by receiving stolen goods, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and making false statements/ writings.

Kenley Adams is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and making false statements/writings.

Two juveniles, a male and female, have also been charged and are being held in a youth detention center.

Jenkins County Sheriff Tim Fields said additional arrests could follow in connection with the incident.
