Area students named to GSU president's list, dean's list

Georgia Southern University has named several local students to the president's list and dean's list for the spring of 2007.

To be named to the president's list, a student must have achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average while taking a minimum of 12 credit hours for the semester.

The following students were named to the president's list: Crystal L. Elliott, Stephanie G. Griffin and Stephanie N. Swinson, all of Millen, and Jessica L. Murray of Perkins.

A student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours to be named to the dean's list.

The following students made the dean's list at GSU: Bonnie A. Boyd, Rebekah N. Daniel, Ashley E. Delay, John B. Gay, Haley M. Lindsey, Daniel S. Rhodes, Cameron A. Rocker, Ebony N. Sherrod and Dallas B. Suggs, all of Millen, and Abby G. Sharpe of Perkins.
