Jimmie D. Farrow, 87, of Millen died May 12

Mr. Jimmie Daniel Farrow, 87, died Saturday, May 12, 2007 at his residence after an extended illness.

Graveside services were held Monday, May 14, at Rosemary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Farrow was born in Emanuel County but lived most of his life in Jenkins County. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a retired lineman for Planters EMC. He was a member of Rosemary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Johnson Farrow; daughter, Lt. Col. USAF Tammy E. Farrow of Warner Robins; and several nieces and nephews.

Crowe-Fields Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
