Bilenski crowned
Dailey Anne Bilenski of Rincon was crowned Petite Miss Effingham County Saturday, May 12. She was also crowned Most Beautiful in her division. She is the daughter of Brian and Pam Bilenski of Rincon and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis (Pete) Dailey of Millen. (Photo contributed)
