SUMMER FUN RUN
The second annual Summer Fun Run program got underway last week at the Jenkins County Elementary School track. The program, which is held Tuesday and Thursday of each week through July 19 from 7:30-9 a.m., is designed to instill healthy behavior in children and to encourage it in adults. The participants of the program receive nutritional information as well as cold drinks. Summer Fun Run is sponsored by the Hero Total Wellness program.
