R. Wayne McMillan, 61, of Millen died June 12

Mr. Ralph Wayne McMillan, 61, of Millen died Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at Jenkins County Hospital.

His funeral was held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 14, at the Oak Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Jamie Archer officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mr. McMillan, a native of Jenkins County, was retired. He was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his son, Mitchell (Katrina) McMillan of Waynesboro; a daughter, Grace M. (Raymond) McLamb of Millen; three brothers, Emerson (Martha) McMillan, Ivey (Mary) McMillan and Bill McMillan, all of Millen; two sisters, Karen (Ron) Washburn of Savannah and Kim (Bill) Wasden of Millen; a grandchild, Kristin McLamb; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Bill Mathews, Gordon Sasser, Steve McKinney, Lewis (Pete) Dailey, George Hall and Mike Hall.

Honorary pallbearers were his friends at Jenco. Memorials may be made to Oak Hill Baptist Church, 3233 Oak Hill Church Road, Millen, GA 30442.
