Marvelyn Reese

Everyone is invited to a benefit program honoring Minister Marvelyn Reese 6 p.m. Saturday, July 14.

She has been treated for cancer and the church requests prayers and donations from area churches.

The Rev. Charlie Reese Jr. is pastor.

Fountain Spring

The annual Homecoming revival services of the Fountain Spring Baptist Church will be held Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, at 7:30 nightly. The guest minister will be the Rev. Gary Hackett, pastor of Jesus Christ Ministries in Swainsboro.

The services will conclude on Sunday, July 22. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. and the worship service begins at 11:30 a.m.

Bethel Church

Pastor Alma P. Mack and members of Bethel Church cordially invite the public to attend their annual Missionary Day Celebration 11 a.m. Sunday, July 15.

The theme will be "Wanted: An Ideal Shepherd."

Black Creek Baptist

Black Creek Baptist Church invites the public to a three-night "Women Revival" with services at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, through Friday, July 20.

Minister Bernese K. James of Millen will be the guest speaker during the Thursday service.

The Rev. Charles Hyde is the pastor of the church. The church is located at 615 Poor Robin Road, Sylvania.

Endtime Faith

The Endtime Faith Deliverance Church of Midville will celebrate its 18th Church Anniversary.

The first service will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 13. On Sunday, July 15, there will be an 11 a.m. service, and at 3 p.m. the services will conclude and dinner will be served.

There will be a different speaker each service. Pastor Clyde Foreman Sr. is pastor and founder of the church.

The public is invited.

Kelsey Chapel

Kelsey Chapel Baptist Church will celebrate its 111th Anniversary Sunday, July 15. Sunday School begins at 10:15 a.m. and worship service begins at 11:15 a.m.

The guest minister will be Minister Albert White of Burke County.

Pastor P.M. Broomfield and the members of Zion Baptist Church invite the public to attend their annual revival services 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, through Thursday, July 19.

The guest minister will be the Rev. C.L. Anderson of Liberty County.

Guest churches include: Tuesday, Second McCoy, Daniel Grove, First Baptist, Mount Carmel and Lane Grove; Wednesday, Morrison Grove, Johnson Chapel, Kelsey Chapel, Bethel AME and New Light; and Thursday, Dickey Grove, Drakes Chapel, Friendship, Zion Fair, Nannie E. Williams, Skull Creek #2, Needful, Welcome Baptist, William Grove Baptist and Saulters Grove churches.

Gay's Hill Baptist

Gay's Hill Baptist Church is currently holding revival services 7:30 p.m. each night through Friday, July 13. The minister for the week is the Rev. Eddie Jenkins of South Carolina.
