GTO, Eagle Academy visit Fort Discovery
Friday, Aug. 31, the Jenkins County Middle School GTO and Eagle Academy went to Augusta to Fort Discovery to experience "hands-on" learning in their Discovery Lab. Students participated in the one-hour labs: "Dragon Fly Pond" and "Think Like a Robot." After students completed each lab, they walked through the "Giant World of Insects" exhibit and took a tour of the facility.
