Millen Baptist Church

Millen Baptist Church will hold Homecoming services Sunday, Oct. 7. Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. and worship service begins at 11 a.m. A covered dish lunch will follow in the fellowship hall.

Dr. Cliff Morris, a former pastor who is now the pastor of First Baptist Church in Dublin, will be the speaker. Leroy and Ann Clayton and the church choir will provide music.

The public is invited.

The church is holding "Terrific Tuesdays" at 7 p.m. each Tuesday during the month of October.

On Tuesday, Oct. 9, Dr. Bucky Kennedy, pastor of First Baptist Church of Vidalia, will be the guest pastor for the evening.

Dr. Kennedy, a graduate of Brewton-Parker College and Georgia Southern University, has completed two years of study at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tenn. He and his wife, Stacey, have a daughter, Hannah, and a son, Ivey.
