Mr. Edwin Eugene (Ed) Miller Jr., 81, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007.

Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at the Millen Cemetery with the Revs. Maurice Crowder and David Searles officiating.

Mr. Miller was a native of Screven County. He was a retired machine operator for King Finishing Co. and a member of the Millen Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Jacqueline M. (Olliff) Moore of Millen; two brothers, W. T. "Bill" (Shirley) Miller of Millen and Bobby Miller of Rocky Ford; and eight nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers were members of the Cary Thompson Sunday School Class.
