Arts for mission
Bonnie Becton, Sylvia Zellner, Shirley Miller and Gloria Brinson, shown from left, and many others are preparing for a Christmas bazaar to raise money for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for foreign missions. The "Art for Lottie" Christmas Bazaar will be held 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, in the social hall of Millen Baptist Church. Arts and crafts, watercolor and acrylic paintings, homemade baked goods and a soup-and-sandwich luncheon will be available for a reasonable donation to missions. You may also register that day for a door prize that will be awarded at 2 p.m. The bazaar will be open to the public, with no charge for admission.
