Christmas Bazaar

Women on Mission of Oak Hill Baptist Church will sponsor a Christmas Bazaar 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1. Santa will be there to visit with the children, and he will have his helper to take pictures. There will be a variety of items available including handicrafts, Christmas decorations and baked goods. A soup-and-sandwich lunch will be available.

Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy the day. The church is located at 3233 Oak Hill Church Road. For additional information or booth space, contact Martha Sue Wilson at (478) 982-2507.

Bazaar

Camp 2102 will hold a Christmas Bazaar Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Cotton Market on Cotton Avenue.The bazaar will open at 8 a.m.

There will be many good deals for the watcher, listener, reader, hunter and the heritage lover in the family.

Proceeds will go to the Camp 2102 Special Projects Fund. The SCV is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Free Legal Help

Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) staff will be in Jenkins County to meet with senior citizens who want free legal help on a first-come, first-serve basis. Senior citizens, 60 years of age or older, who have a civil (non-criminal) legal issue and want free legal help may meet with a GLSP staff member 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at the Jenkins County Senior Citizens Center, 998 College Avenue.

The GLSP office that serves Jenkins County is located at 209 Seventh St., Suite 400, Augusta. You may call the office at 1(800) 248-6697 for help with legal problems.
