Agape Worship Center Conference
Pastor Donald Chavers Jr. will host "The Worth of a Woman," a conference for women, Saturday, Dec. 8, at Agape Worship Center, 810 W. Grady St. Ext., Statesboro.

Candlelight
Communion
In the spirit of Christmas, Morrison Grove Baptist Church will hold their annual Candlelight Communion Celebration 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, in the church sanctuary.
Special musical guests will be Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Ramsey of Savannah. Mr. Ramsey is the minister of music of St. John Baptist Church. He is a native of Millen, and the son of Beulah Ramsey and the late Walter Ramsey.
Prior to the communion celebration, the young people of the church will present "The Night of His Birth" by Mildred L. Wills.
The church will collect toys for the "Toys for Tots" drive. Please help spread Christmas joy to children of the area on Christmas morning by bringing a new, unwrapped toy suitable for a child between the ages of 4 and 17 years of age to the candlelight communion celebration.

Church Youth
Services
Pastor Rayford L. Whitehead and the Sandhill Baptist Church family invite youth to their Youth Day 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Bethel AME Church.
The guest speaker will be Elder Lance Slater of Holy Ground Tabernacle, Claxton. The event will be packed with games, food and fun. Youth are asked to show their talent by singing, dancing, stepping, cheering, reciting poetry and/or rapping for Jesus.
A Youth Appreciation service will be held 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at Sandhill Baptist Church.

Miracle Temple
Baptism and
Fellowship
Miracle Temple, the House of the True Living God, will hold baptism at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 9.
Community churches will fellowship together at 11 a.m. Deacon Robert Reynolds and Loretta Reynolds will serve as master and mistress of ceremonies. Willie Foreman and the Trumpets of Joy will present a selection. Hazel Banner will present a reading and Katie Mosley and Gladys Walker of Welcome Baptist Church will present a duet.
The devotional service will be presented by Deacon Charlie Taylor of Skull Creek #2 Church. The pastor, Elder Joseph Ratliff, will bring the sermon.
Dinner will be served. The public is invited.
