FALL FORUM

Last weekend, five senior 4- H'ers and I went to Rock Eagle for Fall Forum. Fall Forum is a weekend of fun, learning and adventure just for senior 4- H'ers planned by senior 4- H'ers. While there, students went to workshops on leadership skills, animal science, com- munication, and citizenship. One of our 4-H'ers, Becca Rich, taught two workshops on leadership. During these classes, she taught her peers how to determine their leadership style and the strengths and weakness that go with each. Becca also displayed an education exhibit during the 4-H Fair titled, "Don't get ticked!" Her exhibit discussed the signs, symptoms and prevention of Lyme disease. Others attending were: Charlotte Davis, Krysten Fail, Justin Lanier and Tabitha Trent.

JR/SR DPA

There are only two weeks left to complete your portfolio! Those who have been working are doing a great job, but we still need pictures from many of you. If you have not started and would like to, it's not too late! But you must plan on coming to the 4-H Office at least two-three times in the next two weeks.

DPA CHRISTMAS PARTY

If you are attending DPA, you are invited to attend the Christmas party on Thursday, Dec. 13 from 6-8 p.m. Remember to bring a gift if you want to participate in the Chinese auction.
