Students of the Month

The Student of the Month program at Jenkins County Elementary School recognizes one student per homeroom each month. Each student must maintain good behavior in all school activities, make an excellent effort to complete all schoolwork and maintain a good attendance record. These students, selected by their homeroom teachers, receive an Eagle ribbon imprinted with "Student of the Month," which they wear proudly. They are also presented a T-shirt from Planters Electric Membership Corp., and their pictures are displayed outside their classroom doors for the entire month. The Students of the Month for October and November are, first row: Malana Williams, Madison Boynton, Abagail Flakes, Indya Wright, Kimberly Foster, Elijah Waters, Hovis Lovett and Dessie Lovett; second row: Hope Langston, Chandler Williamson, Hannah Parker, Chamoria Dunn, Mariah Pierce, Zahara Bush, Corey Pries and Tekaria Hart; and third row: Christian Holcombe, Valencia Robertson, Margo Dease, Trent Harley, Clintondra Branch, Ladarian Golfin, Chase Simmons and Efren Martinez.
