ANNETTE HUDSON ROBERSON Officers of the Millen Police Department executed a search warrant Friday, Aug. 8, at 180 Johnson Street that resulted in the arrest of Annette Hudson Roberson, 45, of the same location.

Hudson was charged with the following violations: licenses required to distribute, sell or otherwise deal in alcoholic beverages, O.C.G.A. 3-3-3; quantities of distilled spirits which may be lawfully possessed, O.C.G.A. 3-10-4; sale, exchange or other possession of distilled spirits, 3-10-2; and City Ordinance 26, Operating Business without a City Business License.

Confiscated during a search of the residence was over $6,000 in U.S. currency and a large amount of alcoholic beverages and distilled spirits.

These alcoholic beverages, along with over $6,000 in cash, were confiscated by Millen Police Department officers during the Aug. 8 search of a residence at 180 Johnson Street. (Photos contributed)
