Early and advance voting in the Dec. 2 General Election Run-off will take place Thursday, Nov. 20, through Wednesday, Nov. 26, at the Jenkins County Courthouse. Three seats are up for election: U.S. Senate, Public Service Commissioner to succeed Angela Elizabeth Speir and Judge, Court of Appeals of Georgia, to succeed John H. Ruffin.
