Ag Mechanics team competes in Area IV Contest

The JCHS FFA AG Mechanics team recently competed in the Area IV Ag Mechanics contest held at Johnson Co. High School. The team members, from left, are Jesse Williams, Travis Williams, Brandon Mcleod, Chris Oglesby and Robert Deason, Alternate. The competition consists of three Practicum or "Hands-on" parts: Small Engines Maintenance, Electrical Wiring and SMAW or "Stick" Arc Welding. The contest also has a general knowledge test of all three areas. The team is currently awaiting the results of this competition.
