Fleming, Fordham to marry June 21

Chad Foy Fordham and Virginia Elizabeth Fleming

Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Fleming of Millen are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Virginia Elizabeth Fleming of Millen, to Chad Foy Fordham of Brooklet, son of Mr. and Mrs. Burney Fordham of Brooklet.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Myra Fleming and the late Mr. Lewis Fleming and Mrs. Virginia Lesher and the late Mr. William "Bill" Lesher, all of Millen.

She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is currently employed by the Burke County Board of Education and she teaches at S.G.A. Elementary.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. Jack Brigdon of Pooler and the late Mrs. Jeanette Johns and the late Mr. and Mrs. Burnel Fordham, all of Brooklet.

He graduated from Southeast Bulloch High School in 1999. He is currently employed by Flextronics, Inc. (Verizon Wireless of Statesboro.)

The wedding is planned for June 21, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. at Millen United Methodist Church in Millen, Ga. No local invitation will be sent. All friends and family are invited to attend.
