Big Buckhead Baptist Church painting on display at library
      Artists Jerry and Dona Locklair have presented a painting of Big Buckhead Baptist Church for display in the Jenkins County Memorial Library for a limited time. The church was organized in 1774 and is the third oldest church in the state of Georgia.

      Sure Word Baptist Sure Word Baptist Church invites everyone to their "Second Annual Revival Meeting" Sunday, March 23, through Sunday, March 30. Service times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. each Sunday; and 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Matthew Morgan will be the guest preacher.
