Tennis team swings into action

The Jenkins County High School girls tennis team members are, from left, kneeling: Danielle McBride and Whitley Clark; and standing: Mackenzie Walker, Molly Edenfield, Lindsay Purvis, Brookes Brinson and Claire Graham. The team is off to a winning start, defeating three teams in a row. The defeated teams are: Claxton 5-0, Johnson Co. 3-2, and Bryan Co. 5-0. The next home match will be on March 25 against Claxton. Fans are urged to come out and support the team.
