Miss Lee to marry Mr. Lane May 10

Mr. and Mrs. Dannie and Marie Lee of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Marie, to Brian Adam Lane, son of Perry and Sonya Boyette Lane of Millen.

The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008, at Smithfield Golf Course. Invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Carl and Shirley Oglesby and the late Nesbit and Irene Lee.

She is a 2004 honor graduate of Statesboro High School and will graduate this December with a major in justice studies and a minor in sociology from Georgia Southern University. She is currently employed at Sinkhole Customs.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Ralph and Mazie Lane Marsh, Trudy Boyette, Jimmy and Alma Boyette and the late Ivey S. Lane.

He is a 2001 graduate of Jenkins County High School and is co-owner of Lane's Lawn Service LLC.
