Nannie E. Williams United Methodist

Anthony G. Green, a native of Marshallville, will be the keynote speaker at the Nannie E. Williams Men's Day Program 11 a.m. Sunday, April 27.

Green is a noted motivational speaker with particular expertise in the area of entrepreneurship. He has made numerous presentations to business professionals, associations, educators and students throughout Georgia and Florida. Since 2005, Green has co-owned and operated successful businesses in the areas of personal care, as well as multi-level marketing with Tahitian Noni International, Inc.

Green graduated with honors from Macon County High School in 1990. He then attended Brewton-Parker College, where he received a bachelor of arts in sociology and business management.

As a member of Metter Masonic Lodge 401 and Metter NAACP, a Cities-in-Schools volunteer and with WRG Enterprises, Inc., his mission is to encourage and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and business.

The theme for the service is "Christian Men Standing for Christ." The Rev. Kenneth W. Griffin is pastor.

The public is cordially invited.

Kelsey Chapel Baptist Church

Kelsey Chapel Baptist Church will celebrate their annual Family and Friends Day Program 4 p.m. Saturday, April 26. The church is located on Hiltonia Road in Jenkins County.

The guest speaker will be Evangelist Jacqueline Free of Burke County, who is a member of Waynesboro Deliverance Church. The Family Mass Choir will provide music for the service.

Pastor Albert L. White and the church family cordially invite everyone to attend.

Millen New Testament Church

Millen New Testament Church will present "A Night of Praise" 7 p.m. Saturday, April 26.

The master of ceremonies will be Pastor C. Cobb. Many musical selections will be presented, and there will also be a performance by the NTC praise dancers. The message will be brought by Pastor Willie Dean Young. Refreshments will be served.

The public is invited.

Needful Baptist

Needful Baptist Church invites all churches to their Anniversary Revival 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, through Friday, May 2. The Rev. James Waltower is pastor. The guest speaker will be the Rev. P.M. Broomfield of Zion Baptist Church.

The church will celebrate their 142nd Church Anniversary Sunday, May 4. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m.

The public is invited.

Miracle Temple House of the True Living God

The Miracle Temple House of the True Living God church family cordially invites everyone to their 5th Choir Anniversary 7 p.m. Saturday, April 26. All choirs are invited to help celebrate the occasion. Joann Fuller is director. The church is located at 640 Millen Bypass.

Zion Baptist

For a great treat, Pastor P.M. Broomfield and the Zion Baptist Church family invite the public to their annual Choir Concert Sunday, April 27. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. and morning worship service begins at 11 a.m.
