Morrison Grove sponsors National Day of Prayer

The National Day of Prayer, sponsored locally by Morrison Grove Baptist Church, will be held Thursday, May 1. The church will open at 8 a.m. and remain open all day for residents to have private prayer or group prayers on behalf of their families, schools, communities and world. During the day, inspirational literature will be available on site.

A Community Prayer Service will begin at 7 p.m. The Rev. Steven Adams, pastor of West Millen Baptist Church, will bring the message. Refreshments will be served in the social hall, following the service.
