Mrs. Jeannette McMillan Brown, 84, died April 17

Mrs. Jeannette McMillan Brown, 84, of Millen died Thursday, April 17, 2008.

Her funeral was held 11 a. m. Saturday, April 19, at Millen Baptist Church. Burial was in the Millen Cemetery.

Mrs. Brown was born in Jenkins County. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her two daughters, Janice (Mike) Reese of Millen and Kay (Charlie) Tucker of Metter; a brother, James McMillan of Hardwick; three grandchildren, Hudson Reese, Perry James and Joelle Miller; five great-grandchildren, Kaleb and Kayla Miller, Chaz James, Chansley Reese and John Curl.

Pallbearers were nephews and grandsons. Crowe-Fields Funeral Home of Millen was in charge of arrangements.
