Lady Eagles finish third in region
      The Jenkins County High School Lady War Eagles track team competed in the Region 3- A Track Meet April 16 and April 18 at Southeast Bulloch High School. "It was a very impressive showing for the Lady Eagles," said Coach Chuck Sanders.

JCMS announces Hat Day winners
      Bert Burke won the prize for wackiest hat at Jenkins County Middle School's Hat Day fundraiser for the Accelerated Reader program. Kristen McLamb won the prize for the hat most related to the theme of reading. She chose to have her hat represent Charlotte's Web.
