Eagles win sixth consecutive championship
      The Jenkins County High School (JCHS) War Eagles traveled to Southeast Bulloch April 16 and April 18 to take on the best of Region 3-A track and field. Jenkins County had an outstanding showing in the field events scoring about 50 points in five different events.

Jenkins County Elementary School Celebrates third nine weeks
      Jenkins County Elementary School (JCES) held its third nine weeks assembly program Thursday, March 20. Dr. Judy Holton, principal, thanked the students, faculty and staff for their hard work and accomplishments. Students were commended for a job well done on the spring benchmark tests.
