Qualifying update

Qualifying as a candidate in the upcoming General Primary to be held July 15 is underway this week. Those qualifying thus far (Wednesday, April 30) are as follows: Jenkins County Probate Judge, Wanda Burke; Jenkins County Tax Commissioner, Brenda Mathern; Jenkins County Clerk of Court, Elizabeth Landing; Jenkins County Sheriff, Tim Fields and Robert Oglesby; Jenkins County Coroner, Henry Young; Jenkins County Commissioner District #1, Domingo Green; Jenkins County Commissioner, District #3, Tommy Lane and Tim Clark; and Jenkins County Commissioner, District #4, Floyd Chance and Rudine Becton.
