Gloria Bragg Evans of Millen died April 29

Gloria Bragg Evans of Millen died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in Asheville, N.C. after an extended illness.

Graveside services were held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1, at the Millen Cemetery.

Mrs. Evans was born in Toombs County, but lived most of her life in Millen. She was a retired practical nurse and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her two sons, Brent Evans of Asheville and Bert Evans of Millen; a brother, Billy Bragg of Millen; and two grandchildren, Tucker and Sebastian Evans.
