Leah Brock, 94, of Scottdale died May 6

Mrs. Leah Gay Brock, 94, of Scottdale died Tuesday, May 6, 2008.

Her funeral was held 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons with the Revs. Kenneth Sweat and Brenda Sweat officiating. Burial was in the Melwood Cemetery.

A native of Jenkins County, Mrs. Brock was a longtime resident of DeKalb County. She was a homemaker and a member of Clarkston Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe B. Brock.

Survivors include her daughter, Joann Glass of Aiken, S.C.; her sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Jan Brock of Stone Mountain and Dennis and Maria Brock of Scottdale; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 11 great-greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
