Ottis Landing, 83, of Millen died May 16

Mr. Ottis Landing, 83, of Millen died Friday, May 16, 2008.

Graveside services were held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at the Oak Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jamie Archer officiating.

Mr. Landing was born in Jenkins County. He was a retired truck driver for the Georgia Dept. of Transportation and a farmer. He was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Leona Bragg Landing of Millen; four sisters, Annie Lou Dailey of Millen, Walton Burke of Sylvania, Bessie Robinson of Waynesboro and Trudie Newman of Glennville; and several nieces and nephews.

Crowe-Fields Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
